OWNER BENEFITS AND HOTEL SERVICES AGREEMENT

Subject to entering into the Hotel Services and Owner Benefits Agreement and remaining in good standing with the Association (including payment of all Assessments), the following additional services and benefits are available*: 

 A. Access to à la carte services  

B. Accor Property Benefits Program (Annual Fee includes Property Service Charge (“Assessments”)) 

C. Optional Rental Program 

*Such benefits and privileges are subject to change from time to time, at the discretion of the Developer, Hotel Owner and Operator. 

  • SERVICES

    Basic Services are availableto all Residential Owners and are included in the service charge applied to each owner ("Assessments"). 

    • Residence Concierge

    • Services for owners 

    • Beach Club operation and maintenance 

    • Accor Owner ship Benefits Program Annual Fee 

    • Maintenance of common areas

    • Common areas cleaning service

    • Common Area Utilities

    • Security of common areas

    • Common area "Reserve for replacement" 

    • WIFI Internet in the Residence Lounge (right at the Beach Club) 

    • General and Administrative 

    • Property Insurance (base building/common areas)       

  • PRIVATE FACILITIES

    Private facilities are developed for the exclusive enjoyment of all residence owners and are not available to hotel guests. Expenses associated with running these private facilities are considered basic services and are included in assessments.

    • Snack bar 

    • Swimming pool 

    • Spa

  • ACCESS TO A LA CARTE SERVICES

    A la Carte Services are available to Residence Owners who enter into the Hotel Services and Owner Benefits Agreement. A La Carte are optional and subject to additional charges (not included in the service charge). 

    • In-residence catering/private chef for private events, cooking classes 

    • Spa treatments in residences 

    • Housekeeping (daily, weekly, monthly) 

    • Dry cleaning and laundry 

    • Childcare

    • Grocery shopping and delivery 

    • Personal trainer 

    • Additionala la carteservicesmay added 

    B. Accor Property Benefits Program (Annual Fee includes Property Service Charge (“Assessments”)) 

    Homeowners are eligible to participate in the Accor Property Rewards Program*, giving them VVIP status globally. Please note that the Accor Ownership Benefits Program is not included in the facility membership. Instead, the Annual Owner Benefits Program Membership Fee is included in the service fee (“Assessments”) and applies to all Residence Owners. 

    • Exclusive invitation to join DIAMOND status at Accor Live Limitless. 

    • VIP reservation desk to support travel planning across Accor's global network of hotels, resorts and related hotel offerings. 

    • Automatic upgrades upon arrival at over 5,000 hotels and resorts worldwide (subject to availability at participating Accor brands and properties) 

    • 20% discount on the best available rate worldwide at participating Accor hotels and resorts.

    • Advantages and privileges on site. 

  • OPTIONAL RENTAL PROGRAM

    Residential owners who enter into the Rental Services Agreement are eligible to participate in the Rental Program: 

    • The Rental Program is the best option for residence owners who want to combine personal use with a turnkey rental management solution, allowing them to generate additional income when they are not in the residence.

    • There is no limitation on the number of permitted nights of occupancy that residential owners are entitled to each year for personal use.

    • Residences participating in the Rental Program must be furnished and equipped to brand standards (see details on furniture and equipment packages available for purchase) 

    • Participating Owners who wish to rent or lease must do so through the Rental Program and may not rent or lease independently. 

    • Owners participating in the rental program will benefit from Accor's global distribution through more than 110 different channels.
